We tend to work in 30 minute sessions. The reason for this is twofold.
- Most people can maintain intensity for 30 minutes. Each 30 minutes session generally consists of a 5 minute warm up and instruction, a 20 minute High intensity training component and a 5 minute cool down and stretch.
- A one on one 30 minute session is $30.00. Two to four people is $15.00/person.
Longer sessions are certainly available.
A 45 minute session is $45.00 one on one. Two to four people is $22.50/person.
A 60 minute session is $60.00 one on one. Two to four people is $30/person.
The charge for conducting a training session offsite i.e.at your home or workplace is worked on a case by case basis. Please call us to discuss.
