Costs

We tend to work in 30 minute sessions. The reason for this is twofold.

  1. Most people can maintain intensity for 30 minutes. Each 30 minutes session generally consists of a 5 minute warm up and instruction, a 20 minute High intensity training component and a 5 minute cool down and stretch.
  2. A one on one 30 minute session is $30.00. Two to four people is $15.00/person.

Longer sessions are certainly available.

A 45 minute session is $45.00 one on one. Two to four people is $22.50/person.

A 60 minute session is $60.00 one on one. Two to four people is $30/person.

The charge for conducting a training session offsite i.e.at your home or workplace is worked on a case by case basis. Please call us to discuss.
