GetFit. Rowing and Deadlifts are a combination that makes you work hard. When you cap it off with wall walks, you can leave the gym very satisfied with your effort.

Being able to get confident with Ring MUs has been a huge boost for my training confidence.
I wondered what would be the next progression and the iron cross seemed like a worthy yet distant goal.

Been a while since we have had the slackline up and I had forgotten what a great balance exercise this is. I tried balancing while holding my rakau (stick) and was interested in the difference it made.
Find a slackline and have a go.

Spin (and Row). We had a mixed activity class tonight and it was good. A little Spin, a bit of rowing and quite a lot of laughing. We welcomed back Ella and baby, giving us 3 generations at Spin. Remember, you are never too young or old to move and exercise.

This is an option for scaling up the Single arm bar hang. Hang on to a KB while hanging. This tests your grip a little more, and your shoulder stability.

Keep improving and testing your boundaries so that you are better tomorrow than you are today.

GetMobile. A focus of our training this morning was mobility and the exercises that enable us to increase our mobility. This can seem like a waste of time, but if your mobility is no good, you will find it difficult to efficiently use your strength. Nice work this morning Patrick and Jo.

Spin. The session was a good one. Lots of hill climbs and sprints and not a single complaint out of Patrick. Jo, on the other hand..........no, can't remember one complaint from Jo either. Well done team.

Hanging from a bar by your hands or hanging by your legs. For some this is not much of a choice.
12 months ago I would have asked for a third option too.
Work on the skills that you need to and the gains in strength, skill and confidence will seep into the rest of your training.
